We have had a terrible time getting our hvac unit fixed. The installer no longer existed, the distributor unhelpful, the brand gave the run around, and others charged a service fee and then couldn't figure it out. Finally, someone recommended Service Max! Mike and Doug were responsive, pleasant, and knowledgeable! And now, after a year and a half, IT'S FIXED! Thank you so very much!
Mikes team installed our two heat pumps in 2019 and has been servicing them since then. I found them responsive, knowledgeable and easy to work with. I recommend them.
Service Max was our choice for electrical contractor for a large remodel job at our residence in Monroe. Most of the wiring install went ok but there were several issues and delays in the process. We have yet to get any resolution on a expensive low voltage lighting system that was installed. Service Max recommended a Lux GM lighting system that in their opinion (after the install and issues we encountered) was problematic with other customers. Zero stars. This company installed a new furnace. They had to come back three times and still there are issues with their work. First, they left and there was a 1 inch gap in the venting, they came back when the machine stopped working after 30 days, because they hooked up a pipe to this machine that should have never been attached. They then sealed up the 1 in gap. Just a great experience all around! New furnace in the middle of the cold spell last winter. Efficient and fast and reasonably priced. They take pride in their work and are just great people. Recommend to everyone! Smiling Kristi
