I was having some problems with my heater. It was working just not as efficiently as it was in the past. I contacted my home warranty company who then contracted with this company to come check my heater. Out of 3 guys looking at my heater it seemed only 1 had an idea of what he was doing. My parents just bought a vacation home in Tucson to live near us and spend more time with my daughter. The next time they made it in town their air condition was broken and it was the end of July with temperatures reaching 106oF. I had the Service Masters replace my AC unit. The work was performed as it supposed to, but the dealing with Service Masters AC and Cooling was quite an eye-opening experience. First of all, they were very poor in returning customers' phone calls. As I remembered, they returned only once, out of my 4 or 5 requests.
