I am extremely disappointed with my experience with ServiceMaster. I was referred to them through my insurance company after a house fire, and during an already stressful and overwhelming time, I expected better support and communication. The manager did come out initially to complete the assessment, but after that there was a major lack of follow-up. Half decent
5 years ago when we used them for an emergency, I would have given 5 stars but it’s not the same company or experience these days. This spring we had water damage in a finished basement and needed a company to remove the damage, assess and repair. Well they did a great job of coming in to rip up carpet and take down dry wall but failed to mention they no longer have a construction crew to repair all of the undoing they did! So beyond grateful for this team stepping in to help us out after our house fire. David and his team worked fast and communicated clearly with us so we knew what was happening and when. They are trustworthy, competent and extremely knowledgeable. 10/10 would recommend.
Did not clean ,stole my tools and did a half quality job
