Andrew was amazing. Came out to take a look and let me know the procedure for everything and gave me tips and tricks for cleaning and sealing. Turns out it was just discoloration and not mold (thank goodness). Will 100% be calling again if needed in the future!

I had a fire in November 2024 Service Master was quick to evaluate and send people to work the project of cleanup. With such a large company, it is sure that you can run into people who care about the job and people who don’t care at all. Brittany was excellent at trying to help me work through the Process and offered good information. I did find that the company lacked in giving good follow-up on what was happening with my things. We recently had an issue with our basement and had to remodel our bathroom, hallway and den. Andrew Lanoye from service master restoration and did an amazing job on giving us a honest and accurate estimate on the repairs !!
