I have been using Bay View Bldg Maintenance for many years. Denise and her team are courteous and always accommodate any building needs that come up. They do a fantastic job on my 4 story building and the carpet care is wonderful! Bay View Maintenance gets the job done!
Once I called to ask about a more thorough cleaning, they did a much better job. Hopefully this will continue.
This company has gone above and beyond when we have requested their service. They even went back to a job because an owner requested an additional service. Timely, friendly, and thorough. I would definitely hire Bayview again!
