They showed up quickly, on time, and explained they were doing the water/moisture removal, not the repairs. Both guys knew what they were doing and didn’t waste my time. Others where I live used different companies for the water extraction/remediation. They were late showing up, their equipment broke and they always parked in the wrong spot. I live in a condo and parking spots r guarded like a bank.
