Excellent work by Alan and his team. Had to tear out my 10 foot kitchen island due to an interior pvc leak. Fast, efficient, they taped off and covered with plastic any area outside the work zone so no mold contamination would be spread. They cleverly braced my marble countertop to avoid removing it and possibly breaking it. They left me with a skeleton island so I could continue to use my kitchen until the rebuild is completed. The work space was cleaned of all mold and water. Very pleased, would highly recommend.
The experience with service master was fine, the experience with the remediation crew that Service Master hired to come in to my home was horrible. They broke kitchen water pipes and drainage to a laundry sink, they damaged chair rail that was thru out the house that they should have not been near causing it to all be removed. They broke marble window sills, they spilled a gallon of paint in the garage and just threw something on over it not cleaning up any of it. They made a very bad situation infinitely better to cope with and quickly got us dry and remediated. Everyone we interacted with was kind, professional and caring! Can’t say enough good things about the entire team!
