I worked for these ppl a while bak I loved it :)
Pay attention to smaller accounts and low level employees.
Really think they should visit locations where their employees work to find out what goes on at the location.
I worked on the healthcare side for SMS for 5 years, great people and a great company. Shout out to Mike Wein and Steve Schaefer, learned so much from them.
Worked there for 12 years, I traveled all over the country helped open and close accounts and trained hundreds of employees, but never was appreciated for the things I've done and was threw away because of my pay rate which was only 14.50 and never complained, but hey that's sms for ya!
