I do not reccomend this company. Someone ran a stop sign and totaled my lexus. They refused to pay the gap insurance. Their reasoning was that Due to Covid I was laid off, my lender offer me covid relief while I was unemployed because I took advantage of it, which allowed me to skip a couple payments and keep my car they won't pay the gap due to "missed payments" Covid was not my doing, losing my job was not my doing, someone running a stop sign and totalling my car was not my doing.
Service Lloyds will not pay i repeat they will come up with excuses not to pay out for gap claims.my bank witch is generations fcu told my they have heard for this place not serving there customers with the obligation of not paying there part on gap claims.it took 3 weeks and at the end they tell me great news where gana pay you $21.00 i was shocked.so i ask why and kim tells me because of the interest that u pay is high.so im sure this place will get sused after so many people realizing there getting ripped off.by cons..
They asked for several documents. A month later underpaid my finance co for a vehicle that was a total loss. It took over a month for the reply. Ive never experianced anything like this company. I never heard of a gap company deciding what they feel it is worth. Nevermind it took so long to handle the complaint.

We believe that this review is inaccurate. This claim was processed in 6 business days, not "over a month", as stated in the review. The Customer was a GAP Insurance policyholder with our Company. On August 24th, 2017, we received notice of a claim involving a otal loss of the insured’s vehicle. We requested from the customer all documents needed to adjust and process the claim. Will NEVER deal with Workman's Comp again. Service Lloyds Insurance is no better. Will not allow treatment because I have arthritis (which is true) but the injury on the job caused the problem. They "approved" surgery but doctor will not schedule under Workman's Comp because of history of non payment after the fact. Was advise that I could appeal - I don't want to deal with Service Lloyds anymore. A year is enough!

Service Lloyds had the MRI reviewed and it was determined that the MRI findings were consistent with pre-existing degenerative changes not consistent with the reported mechanism of injury or the post injury examination findings.
