The adjuster that I was assigned, Ruby Harper, has her phone set the automatically go to voice mail and I keep calling trying to get ahold of her and being unable to. Not a great experience so far.

If I could give no stars I would. My husband was hurt on the job and this was the workers compensation insurance they used. They continue to cut his disability checks late, the most recent one we haven't even received, it was cut almost 2 weeks ago. They don't return calls or answer the phone. They really don't care about people and their lively hood. They didn't approve a surgery the doctors said he need until after three months after the injury, and the physical therapy that was supposed to start a week after the surgery d... read more
