Let's just say this, for now. I am trying to make a claim under my Service Line Exterior Sewer/Septic warrantee for the first time for a blocked or leaking wastewater line. It looks like this company will be very difficult to deal with. They were not willing to acknowledge the claim I had just initiated by phone with an email to me (I should have seen the trouble coming).
