My wife has been waiting for 3 credits since Nov. 24th 2025. Spoke to 5 different agents. Got a ticket made up from one agent because a manager told the agent to. Another agent sent my claim directly to finance and nothing as of Jan 27th 2026. The worst company to deal with you can never get to speak to management or finance. Maybe I should get a lawyer involved with this. I mean it’s about $200 that they owe but that is not the point. Give me my credit back!!! Update 2 weeks later!!!
