I am extremely disappointed with this company’s customer service and lack of professionalism. I requested a statement of account, or an equivalent document showing the payments I made over the past year, and they failed to provide it. This is a standard record that any reputable company should be able to supply to its customers. A glorified scam masquerading as “warranty”. Very quick to take your money but absolutely unwilling to pay out when it’s their time. Absolutely avoid. Better off stuffing the money under your bed and using it if needed.
If I could give zero stars, I would. This company is a disaster. Over the last two years they have missed taking payments out of my bank account, only to take them all at one time. I agreed to a contract that they would take payment once a month for the policies I HAD (I have since cancelled all) The company gave no explanation via email or letter or phone call explaining why they missed taking their payments, and instead, took three months worth out of my account all at one time . . .
