My experience with Crash Champions was extremely disappointing. Communication throughout the entire repair process was awful. My truck was returned halfway completed with missing parts, poor-quality work, and doors that were not properly aligned. At one point, they took parts apart and failed to reinstall them correctly, which caused my bed cover to fly off on the freeway — creating a serious safety issue. Simply put, a bad experience. I tried to ignore the fact that they have a 3.0 rating on google. But now it all makes sense. Never again.
I took my truck to Crash Champions in Torrance, and I have to say I had a really good experience. The management team was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with from start to finish. They kept me updated throughout the entire process, especially on the progress and parts for my vehicle, which I really appreciated. Overall, everything went smoothly, and I felt like my truck was in good hands. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing body shop work.
Waiting three months for a warranty reply. Called for a follow-up and was told " we're getting a new manager who will call you back " Never happened. Not how USAA authorized body shop should treat customers. The company is not interested in customer service.
