I took my truck to Crash Champions in Torrance, and I have to say I had a really good experience. The management team was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with from start to finish. They kept me updated throughout the entire process, especially on the progress and parts for my vehicle, which I really appreciated. Overall, everything went smoothly, and I felt like my truck was in good hands. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing body shop work.
Waiting three months for a warranty reply. Called for a follow-up and was told " we're getting a new manager who will call you back " Never happened. Not how USAA authorized body shop should treat customers. The company is not interested in customer service.

Took my car in on 6/11/25 after an accident. Gilbert was the person responsible for doing the estimate. Said that it would come tomorrow. Took actually a week (6/17/25) to get the estimate. Initially declared a total loss, so State Farm needed a vehicle inspection report to continue with my claim. They kept trying to contact Gilbert to get this report multiple times before I finally went over on 6/30/25 to see what was up. He said that he sent it on 6/20/25. This was a lie because State Farm said they never got it. Damn near... read more
