Waiting three months for a warranty reply. Called for a follow-up and was told " we're getting a new manager who will call you back " Never happened. Not how USAA authorized body shop should treat customers. The company is not interested in customer service.

Took my car in on 6/11/25 after an accident. Gilbert was the person responsible for doing the estimate. Said that it would come tomorrow. Took actually a week (6/17/25) to get the estimate. Initially declared a total loss, so State Farm needed a vehicle inspection report to continue with my claim. They kept trying to contact Gilbert to get this report multiple times before I finally went over on 6/30/25 to see what was up. He said that he sent it on 6/20/25. Horrible! I took my car to get fixed and they screwed me over entirely. I got into a little fender bender and the front passenger side (the thing above the tire *the metal piece*) Was what I needed fixed. Nothing else and they took my car apart more than needed FORSURE. I left my car there maybe 2/3 weeks total and when I came to get it they brought my car out in pieces on a rack said here’s your car and that’s it.
