My car was damaged due to hail beginning of August. Crash Champions were recommended to us by a friend as well as our insurance. They did not take our car in till 8/17 as there was a bunch of cars in front of us due to storm damage. When I brought in my car they said it'll take about 2 weeks max to fix as the hood needed to be ordered and painted due to severe hail damage. If I can give this place 0 stars I truly would. Keep your car FAR AWAY from this place. July 17th this 2026 mustang with 2000 miles was dropped off for a simple hood and fender replacement from a little branch landing on it. Upon receiving the car from the technician “Reg” (isn’t professional enough to put his full name) I seen that there’s more damage done to the car then when I brought it in. I really loved the customer service. Extremely friendly staff. They made sure to keep me updated about everything going on. My car looks brand new! and i haven’t had any trouble with it. They are the best
The slowest location … I took my car In tuesday 6/22 it is now Monday 6/29 and my vehicle is just now being looked at ….unprofessional your not that busy to let a car sit for a week … I could’ve still been driving my car the days it was just sitting stupidddd.
