Car was drivable , no engine issues. needed headlight fixed and rear bumper damage. Insurance wanted to pay out total loss value but we wanted to retain the vehicle. We go in on Friday to pick it up and they say they need to put the bumper back on, return on Saturday. We return , mom and daughter and granddaughter. They give us the key , we go out and find car won’t open , maybe battery low. Switch out battery on key fob , still nothing, . the lady says no o e at shop come back Monday . Worst bodywork I’ve ever seen there work had to be reinspected by my insurance company and cc had to pay back the money for the repair to another shop to fix it because they couldn’t. Christy the manager was rude and ignorant and has no quality control over the garbage work they are putting out
Car was ready on time, the repair was beautiful, and the staff was pleasant.
