Dropping my vehicle off for collision repair. The process was very easy and comfortable. The staff was polite and friendly. They explained the process and provided me with their phone number and introduced me to the service team member who was going to be responsible for the repair to my vehicle.
John was the man who did work on my car . I got it back today and the work was / is Fantastic. I appreciate the life time warranty on the work they did . If I even need work done again after an accident Crash Champions is where I will take my vehicle. 10 out of 10 to John .
Cheyenne was phenomenal!!! I appreciate how hard she and her team worked. They were professional and kept me up to date on what was going on. She even went above and beyond when my rental van had a recall on it trying to help me find a new one since she knew I was in a wheelchair. Would highly recommend them!
After my car was hit by another car, I took it to Crash Champions on Thunderbird Road and Cheyenne assisted my with all the details and information I needed to get my car repaired. She was empathetic to my situation which brought me comfort, as I was pretty shaken up, and she followed up with me each step of the way.
