Didn’t even get my estimate because they were so rude and unhelpful. GPS’d to the address they sent but it takes you to the back of their lot. Asked a tech for directions and he sent me the opposite way. Brought my car here because I was rear ended in August. They were supposed to inspect my vehicle, and I just found out today that my transmission is leaking and my wheels are misaligned for a vehicle with only 18k miles on it. I also had to pay $400 out of pocket to replace my entire windshield; didn't realize it had a small chip, and they gave me my car back with a 6-8" crack and didn't even mention it when they gave me the keys. My experience with Crash Champion was very negative. The lack of communication and inaccurate information given to me by their employees cost me time and money. I had to constantly call to get updates. To begin when I dropped my car off they told me that I would probably have to pay for my rental out of pocket despite my insurance telling me otherwise.
