After hitting a deer on Telegraph in Southfield, my insurance company subjected 3 repair shops, l chose the wrong one. My car sat in the shop for 2 weeks before a courtesy call to let me know the part wasn't in and can't find it, I asked way didn't you call me earlier! We forgot 😕what. No apology. It took two more weeks before my car was done. After I called around and found a part at different places. I came in to have a dent/scratch on my new car repaired. Every step in my entire interaction was incredibly positive. From the scheduler on the initial phone call, to the young lady who greeted me when I entered, to Mike, who took amazing care of my vehicle. I can’t say enough great things about him!! This level of customer service, in my experience, is incredibly rare.
