I've taken my car here twice with no issue, repairs were done in a timely manner, communication was amazing, and I had zero complaints about my service. This time however, I was not so lucky. They added repairs to my vehicle estimate that were while there, were not damage sustained in my impact with a deer, and added replacing a perfectly fine and undamaged rear drivers side door. Dorian Ross is the best service advisor ever! He is professional, kind, thorough and knowledgeable. He made my car repair experience a10. He is excellent at his job because he sincerely cares!! And my car looks show room new! Crash Champions is awesome and for all future repairs I’ll be coming here with all our family’s cars!
