I brought in my SUV to be checked out after a minor accident. They did a new paint job to cover the scratches, however they didn’t replace my logo on correctly and now it’s hanging on by a thread. DO NOT GO HERE. Terrible work and the paint started flaking a few years after. Oh, but they offer a warranty? Sure, but they don’t honor it and refuse to meet in the middle to make things right. The manager Roger is extremely unprofessional and abruptly hung up on me. I was a loyal Collision King customer for over a decade, but it’s become apparent they’re more focused on their bottom line than quality and customer service now. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

I rarely leave negative reviews but this one felt unfortunately necessary. I was involved in an accident with a good bit of body damage to my car. Crash Champions was the only spot in the State Farm network that was near Central Austin and had availability to work on my car. It wound up wasting almost three weeks of valuable time before I had to tow to a better repair shop. Naylea is the best in customer service that I have experienced in a very long time. It was so important to me as I have never had to deal with a collision before. Naylea is very knowledgeable, kind and attentive. She was so helpful with any questions I had and even a follow up phone call a few weeks later. Not a text but an actual call.
