Absolutely miserable customer service. I was told my car would be done in 2 weeks. They extended to three week and then over 4. The collision center told me my car was done 3 separate times. Its still not complete, but they decided to not fix it any further. I had to pay for my unfinished vehicle, and now I have to take it to s different collision center just go get the original damaged fixed. No safety inspection was done. Several pins missing. I went to schedule a estimate and repair thru Crash Champions, I which is being paid from thru my insurance company less my deductible for Minor damage, The shop told me they would order the parts and could I return for the repair. But at first they wanted me to leave my truck with them, for a undisclosed time frame. The next statement is from my insurance company. " "Insurance Company" Next steps for your claim. Extremely easy process. I had a hit and run so I used my insurance since I didn't know who damaged my car and they directed me to Crash Champions. Came to do an estimate. Scheduled with enterprise in the same autoplex loop area. They sent me text updates each step and had enterprise pick me up from their place so I didn't have to walk in AZ heat. Then they took my rental back when all done. So easy. So nice. Very friendly.

I had to have my 2022 Toyota GR86 fixed after a side-swipe on the passenger side, and I genuinely appreciate how well they communicated throughout the process. They kept me informed through every delay and update, which goes a long way. That said, I do have a couple of complaints worth noting. First, my rear bumper protector was removed during painting and was not replaced. Since Toyota no longer produces that specific piece, I was left without one entirely on the first visit.
