Nice looking shop, repair process slow, customer service needs to be better, had to take car back 2 times for correction.

I had to have my 2022 Toyota GR86 fixed after a side-swipe on the passenger side, and I genuinely appreciate how well they communicated throughout the process. They kept me informed through every delay and update, which goes a long way. That said, I do have a couple of complaints worth noting. Adam was super nice and amazing in helping me fix my car. Great customer service, fast and well done. I have to come back and drop off some donuts for the team, as they were so nice and caring.
Okay repairs but had to go back to have rear bumpers properly aligned. Noticed 4-6 week later they didn't replace emblems after rear end repairs and paint. Had to call 3 times in 6 weeks to get emblems replaced. I wouldn't do business there again unless I had no other choice.
