never call back car still with loot of problem from him,not accident
My car was taken here for repairs after someone dented my car pretty badly. The body work itself was done very well, and the interior cleaning was nice (although the cleaners they used left a greasy residue on the PPF-coated parts). However, I am very particular about my car's paint, as it is pretty new, and when I received the car, there were swirl marks on every square inch of the car, even in places where they did not do any repairs. I filed a claim through my insurance for car repairs and would rate the overall service around 3.5 stars. The damage assessment took about 3 days, and then I had to wait nearly 2 weeks for the ordered parts to arrive. Unfortunately, the delay meant I had to rent another car while waiting, which cost me over $800 for 10 days. The process could definitely be more efficient.
Service was great, people were very nice and helpful. Repair was done fast and the car looks great. Thank You . Great Work…
