Made an appointment online for Saturday, March 22 at 9 a.,m. Arrived and said I was there to have a bumper looked at. Girl behind the desk said there was no one there to do estimates. I said I had an appointment online. She shook head and said, "No, no one is here to do estimates on Saturdays." So I left. While on the way home, I get a text from Crash Champions saying that I cancelled my appointment. I will go elsewhere because I do not trust them to do a job if this is how they run their business.
Integrity means a lot to me. None there. Was told they would need to remove a major trim piece from my custom truck until they could find a replacement. I asked if I could purchase the part from the OEM. was told I could. I purchased the part, went back and was told we will not use the part I purchased. ($1,295) Looked through the estimate, can't see were customer supplied part is not acceptable. If a person / company does not stand by their word, what do they have? Old fashioned I know.
Royce at crash champions did an incredible job when repairing my car. He went above and beyond to make the experience smooth.
