RecommendedFriendly customer service, and I was kept in the loop on my repairs. The paint on my vehicle ended up needing to be rebuffed after they repaired my vehicle, and they took care of the job all in one day and didn’t charge me an extra dime.
Was promised a pick up time on the 10th and after the tenth came and went i have gotten ZERO communication from them. I had to call them and find out what happened to my car. they gave me some paint matching or assembly excuses on the 15th! Now i know they DAMAGED my car during the repairs and are trying to cover it up! Service King was great. They treated was great was very helpful. Did a great job on our car. Our car looks like it was when we bought it new.
My fiancé took her car there after being rear-ended. They fixed the car fast but the trunk is still not right. Been back 3 times and still not right after the trunk lid fail on the back of my fiancé head when she was getting something out of it. Had an appointment today at 8:30am and was told it would take 40min to fix. Then was asked when we got there to leave it for hours, this is our only vehicle at the moment.
