Well at first I was impressed with the customer service when we dropped off my car, from the front office staff they were always very respectful. Now that I think back on it. And now that I had this dealing with Josh and summer. And reading the other negative reviews posted on this site. I think back about my sales rep Bill back a year ago when I got my car repaired he was short with me a few times and after making the comment to him not to be so negative cuz of his cannot do attitude. Talk about disappointing... this whole crew was a let down from day one. They repaired my vehicle after a tree branch broke off onto it and when I got it back the air bag light was on so I asked why this wasn't fixed as part of my insurance claim and after the first two employees told me the airbags would NOT deploy upon impact if the light was on the manager assured me they would repeatedly. I'm a first-time customer to Service King. On hold for over 30 mins. And then when I try to make my appointment the service rep told me it would be at least 3 weeks before I can get my car in to have it fixed. She was rude and discourteous towards me a first-time customer. If I had not already had the estimate done I would definitely go someplace else. NO GOOD!!!!!!!
