They did the body work just fine. My tire was pushed in and was scraping on the wheel well. I was concerned about it and specifically asked if they were going to replace the tire or if it was OK. He assured me if was OK. Now, a couple months later, I'm getting my tire rotated and they took me out to the bay to look at one of the tires. It was so scraped up that it was a miracle it hadn't blown out. I'm seriously dissapointed that they had no regard for me or my families safety.
They did an amazing job on fixing my car, I can't thank them enough
How disappointing! We've used Progressive for over 6 years. We had an accident in June. The front passenger side wheel bearing / hub was replaced by Service King. Guess what? It went out last week! Since I took the truck into a different shop and got it fixed right away - since the wheel was shaking and clunking was a serious safety issue - Progressive has the right to not warranty their work? Thanks, Service King. You do faulty work and now I'm paying for it!
I had such a wonderful experience with the staff and work done on our truck. Mike called me with regular updates and was very informative with the entire process and working with out insurance company. When I picked my truck back up and saw the work on the tailgate . tow bar, sensors and other portions of the back end I was so impressed. I just got my truck back this evening and I am satisfied with the results, the steering and the alignment feels great! The amount of time it took to get done didn't bother me since I had a rental to drive around during that time. Thank you Service King of South Auburn
This has been the worst experience I have had with a business, period. No communication until absolutely forced. No follow up. No information. I have a feeling I know why they are "preferred" and it has nothing to do with performance. Day 17 and I still have no estimate. A couple guesstimates that do no one any good. I cannot imagine how horrible they would be when actually repairing a car.
