Wonderful service & amazing customer service. They even had my car ready a few days before they promise it. My car looks amazing. I would highly recommend Crash Champions in mission valley.
Service, there is great. All the employees are great. Customer service is outstanding. They are true to their word. They make sure you are satisfied. I have been to a couple of crash champions other than the one in mission valley. Mission valley crash champagne is awesome. The work is excellent there.
Not a positive experience whatsoever. When I came to pick up my car my door was misaligned, they took it for 10 minutes and fixed it but the paint was still scraped. When I opened the trunk attempting to find my floormats, I found multiple trash items, half full water bottles, and a car brush in the back. When I got in to drive away, my right turn signal was out - and because “it wasn’t apart of the work they did” turns out I’m out of luck.
