Using Crash Champions has been a major disappointment. The representative provided false information to lure us in for business. The two-week estimate was blatantly dishonest. Work started on September 26th and was not complete until November 7th. My wife and I had to call repeatedly to get any clear answers throughout this process. I cannot with a clear conscience send someone to a place where I had such a horrible experience?
Had a great communication with the associates there, and they kept me abreast of everything from checking my truck in to getting the proper part, and the final finish. Great job.
Went to get an estimate and was told that it would be 24 hours before I received it. Its been 3 days and still no estimate and was given the excuse that some cars was dropped off and they had to figure out where there came from. No estimate and I needed it for today!!!!!!!! BAD BUSINESS!!!!!!!!
I stopped by for an estimate on my vehicle and I was there for about 15-20 minutes.
