This is by far the most terrible experience that I’ve ever had with a body repair shop. My car has been at the shop since November 3, 2025. It is now January 9 and my car is still not fully repaired. They told me that they were not able to get in contact with the insurance company. Which every time I called I was able to reach someone and they were able to assist me each and every time. Using Crash Champions has been a major disappointment. The representative provided false information to lure us in for business. The two-week estimate was blatantly dishonest. Work started on September 26th and was not complete until November 7th. My wife and I had to call repeatedly to get any clear answers throughout this process. I cannot with a clear conscience send someone to a place where I had such a horrible experience?
Had a great communication with the associates there, and they kept me abreast of everything from checking my truck in to getting the proper part, and the final finish. Great job.
Went to get an estimate and was told that it would be 24 hours before I received it. Its been 3 days and still no estimate and was given the excuse that some cars was dropped off and they had to figure out where there came from. No estimate and I needed it for today!!!!!!!! BAD BUSINESS!!!!!!!!
I stopped by for an estimate on my vehicle and I was there for about 15-20 minutes.
