I scheduled an appointment at this location to get a quote for a collision damage in my car. The guy that I talked to took pictures of the damaged vehicle and said he will just email me the quoute whenever it gets assessed. I waited until Monday of next week because I have not received a call or email mesage from them. I called the office back to check, and their records show that I did not show up for the appointment! I can't tell you all his great the people are here. From Sai my contact to the store Mgr and the paint Mgr. I'd certainly bring my car here again.
Steer clear! We scheduled an appt six weeks ago and were told when we dropped car off that their Nationwide rep was no longer there. Car would have to be towed elsewhere. Couldn't tell me where! A phone call in advance would have been courteous.
