Terrible service. My driver side door was damaged. It took them 6 days initially to call to say that the car was ready to be picked up on Tuesday. I went there to pick it up and of course the window was making a clicking sound (which it never did before), then the bottom fender was not in alignment. They said that they would fix the problem and it would be ready in the morning. I went by there this evening to pick it up and the window now works properly and now the door is not flush and does not close properly.
First of all the database is not updated regularly at all. i called to check on status and the woman who answered phone could not tell me a single thing about the progress of my vehicle . very minor damage all cosmetic . Repairs have supposedly been done for 3 days . as well as paint and reassembly. I DO NOT recommend this location at all.
Waited an hour to drop my car off for warranty service (their fault)....such great customer service- nobody cares anymore!
DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE IF YOU ACTUALLY NEED TO USE IT EVENTUALLY. Faulty replacement parts and 3rd party suppliers who are seriously delinquent in going to this location to provide their services. I cannot caution you enough. There are plenty of other providers who are more dependable I'm sure.

We were given a couple companies to check our car after we were hit on the road. We chose Service King because of the reviews. So, happy we did too! From the receptionist to Jimmy the representative to the Enterprise Car Rental man I felt like I was in a small town with the nicest people. Jimmy kept me informed when the parts were in and how long it would take. To our surprise our car was perfectly repaired in only two days instead of five.
