I called to get an estimate on my truck. I couldn’t get a live person on the phone. It kept transferring me to a different voice response. Unbelievable!!
DO NOT USE!!! They take forever and do not reach out to you. When they do it's through texts with wrong info. They've had my truck since 02/20 and still not done.... Today is 03/06. The manager Marcell is no help and will send u on the run around. Had me drive to go get my trcuk when it wasn't done and wanted me to pay for it. NEVER AGAIN!!
Went for estimate. Never again. First off, taking a few photo's of the out side of the vehicle and sending them online for someone to figure out what the repair should cost can not be very accurate. I felt like I would be just a number. Then I had to wait half the day to get a estimate I had an 9a.m. appt. for... The estimate had parts that didn't need to be replaced, and didn't have several that needed to be replaced.
