Repairs are okay. Forgot to fix something causing delays. Appears fixed but the quality of the work is evident.
I strongly advise against utilizing this company for vehicle body work. Upon collection, I found that the paintwork on my car was damaged. Instead of addressing the issues, a staff member made me feel like the problematic customer. When I inquired about the status of my vehicle after it was been fixed.. Again, an employee stated, “You’re the one who brought your car back because you didn’t like it,” which dismisses the fact that the initial repair was not done properly. we have brought all four of our vehicles here multiple times and Angel always takes great care of them.
My car was struck in the rear bumper and it popped out the seam between the bumper and the rear passenger quarter panel. I didn't touch it for fear of making it worse. Gentleman came out, took a look and without even being asked, popped it right back in without any questions or any charge. Appreciate the pragmatism.
