Amazing customer service! Everyone was so helpful and always had a great attitude. They answered all my questions and kept me updated on my cars status in a timely manner. Picked up my vehicle today and it looked brand new, highly recommend this location!!
Everyone's customer service, from the initial phone calls to set it up, to when I walked through the door, all the way to when I drove my beautifully repaired car off the lot was extraordinary. Thank you all very much for going above and beyond and doing it so quickly too!
Use another body shop. Continuously pushed back the date on my husband's car, taking 10 days longer than originally stated. We then discovered they had apparently un installed and reinstalled our car seat without informing us. I am so thankful I noticed this myself and was able to correct before I drove my child in it, this is a massive safety issue that should NEVER occur. It should be a policy if they take out your car seat they inform you of this. Clearly not concerned for safety.
Super kind and flexible when I had to delay my pickup. The work looks excellent, you wouldn't be able to tell what happened to my poor car.
Wonderful experience with Daniel. He helped me get the entire work covered with warranty even without me having any proofs. Great service!!
