Crash Champions is awesome! They did a phenomenal job in repairing & restoring our car after an accident. They not only kept us informed as to the status of our car, but they even finished the work earlier than we expected them to. Our car looks like new & we would highly recommend Crash Champions to everyone.
As of today…. I’ve been calling since 8:01… it’s 8:45 and I’m still getting put on hold. You all missed over 10 calls from me. And the other 27 someone named Dan answered and put me on hold. That’s insane. I’m Literally calling to ask 1 question and to get 1 answer. It’s no way I’m still on hold after calling 37 times. You all definitely need more phone representatives. Where’s the application for it… I’ll gladly apply as well.
This was such a pleasant experience considering why I had to use Crash Champions. An uninsured person hit me and I thought for sure this was going to be a nightmare but it was NOT! From the start, Crystal was on top of my case and continued to keep me updated on the process. I felt very well taken care of throughout the repairs.
