I had a great experience with this bodyshop. When my window regulator broke with the window down, they were able to get my car in and have it done the same day. I was very thankful for that because this happened the day before a cold front came in. Very friendly, knowledgable and accomodating shop. If I ever need a bodyshop in the future, Ultimate Collision is where I will go! Thank you Ultimate Collision!!!
I used them twice, the first was 4 years ago with no problems and the last time I used them was after the hail storm in 2010. I will never use them or allow anyone I know to use them without being informed. I scheduled our repair 2 weeks prior so they could order parts... dropped my car off they had not ordered the parts but they did not tell me until I called several days later to check on the progress.
