Had a great experience here, and here are the details: My daughter damaged her vehicle, and my insurance provider recommended Crash Champions. She dropped off her car, and after 2 days of diagnosis, estimated the repair would be done by the 21st. They finished the repair the day prior, and even washed the vehicle. It was easy for my daughter to drop it off, pick it up once it was repaired, and pay the deductible. The staff here is great, and their service is awesome. Brandon Jacobo bad customer service. Don’t go here they just like to waste your time. They stop replying back to your emails. Didn’t even bother getting back to the insurance. Save your self some time and go somewhere else.
