I took my traverse there back in June of 23. One of the headlights that they had to dismount and remount to fix my bumper has both of its mounts broken now. Well now that I’m looking at it and took the surrounding guards off, I have come to find that they didn’t put everything back correctly. There are missing fasteners for the top of my grill and on the actual grill itself, there is only one bolt holding the whole thing together. Everything went super fast and the work was amazing! Deja was so nice and very easy to work with and gave updates with my car in a very timely manner. Would recommend anyone to go here that needs work done on their car!
Nick and Deja were helpful when we started the autobody process, but the vehicle was not fully properly done and when we kept following up to get the items fixed, they were silent for weeks and months and not responsive. Thus 3 stars, not 5, but overall, if the company had done everything well at the beginning, I'd be impressed with their service and skillset.
