Everything went super fast and the work was amazing! Deja was so nice and very easy to work with and gave updates with my car in a very timely manner. Would recommend anyone to go here that needs work done on their car!
Nick and Deja were helpful when we started the autobody process, but the vehicle was not fully properly done and when we kept following up to get the items fixed, they were silent for weeks and months and not responsive. Thus 3 stars, not 5, but overall, if the company had done everything well at the beginning, I'd be impressed with their service and skillset.
Update – This experience is even worse than I originally anticipated. I was promised a follow-up call from the regional director after a completely unprofessional encounter with Nick, the manager at this location. Instead of a call, Director Aaron waited until 3 minutes before corporate closed to send a generic email that completely ignored my concerns. Zero accountability. Zero professionalism.
