Update – This experience is even worse than I originally anticipated. I was promised a follow-up call from the regional director after a completely unprofessional encounter with Nick, the manager at this location. Yes!! Very professional service, the techs were exceptional . My truck was done extremely well and early.
This place is in business to serve Allstate or other insurance companies. They DO NOT want to take care of you and DO NOT care about you. You will get. - Lies about timeline and parts, I had a repair that was extremely small and I was in a rental for over 3 weeks. - lies about how your vehicle was stored during that time frame - if you have anything that is out of warranty on your vehicle they are ok with breaking or damaging it and leaving you to foot the bill.
