A+ customer service. I had my vehicle repaired here after an accident several years ago, when it was still Service King. I experienced a minor issue with a part of that repair, and Dave got me in and repaired the same day. Less than 30 mins. Thanks, Crash Champions!
This is the worst auto body shop in the metro detroit area period. They will keep your car for weeks even months on end with very little communication. They will tell your car will be ready this day and the day of they will call and tell you a different date. Please be weary of this place because they have poor communication skills and lack hospitality.
I recently had my BMW X3M repaired at this shop through a State Farm claim, and the entire experience was extremely frustrating. The car was not repaired properly. The bumper does not line up correctly at all. One side is pushed in, the other side bows out close to an inch, and the sensor does not line up either. It looks obvious, and it should not have been returned to me that way. My car went into Crash Champions on April 22, and from the start the completion date kept getting pushed back. My insurance covered a rental while they were working on it, so I tried to be patient. I finally got my car back on May 12. About 10 minutes after leaving the shop, the check engine light came on, there was smoke and noise coming from under the hood, and the car stopped running.
