I brought my car in for repairs and left several personal belongings inside — including my vehicle manual, registration, and other items. When I picked up my car, those items were missing. I immediately brought this to the attention of the staff. General Manager (Tyler Perry) admitted in writing that they would attempt to "rectify" the situation — and then never followed through. This is my second time going to this location to get my vehicle repaired after being in an accident. It is a further drive but it is worth the time and longer drive because everyone here does an amazing job and I know when I’m leaving my vehicle here it is in GREAT hands!! They took care of both of my vehicles above and beyond cleaning and detailing it as well.
