I brought my car in for repairs and left several personal belongings inside — including my vehicle manual, registration, and other items. When I picked up my car, those items were missing. I immediately brought this to the attention of the staff. General Manager (Tyler Perry) admitted in writing that they would attempt to "rectify" the situation — and then never followed through.
