Dropping off my car for repairs was a breeze. Detailed explanation was provided for items that will be repaired on the car. Constant updates are also being provided as to the status as well.
They were very professional, friendly, and competent. All repairs were done perfectly.
If your vehicle is older than 3 years old don't bother going here. They refused to do the repairs on my vehicle that was covered under my insurance. They actually wanted me to pay for repairs due to rust when the rust wasn't visible Prior to accident. I witnessed an interaction in the parking lot somebody that wanted their outter bumper replaced and they refuse to do that because they wanted to do the entire bumper not just the plastic.
