Service was excellent
Terrible and unprofessional service. I booked appointments with them twice and both times I arrived and they said they didn’t have the parts and couldn’t take my car. Let me know that before I book the appointment so I don’t waste an hour of my workday! When I was there I asked when they ordered the part and they said not till yesterday. Over three weeks since I filed my insurance claim and sent them photos! Staff was also rude and dismissive.
Debbie was my contact and kept me in the loop. So hapoy to get my baby back and she looks beautiful!
Great experience from beginning to end. I was kept updated on the progress of the repair and was even offered to have the vehicle dropped off after repair! Entire staff has been such a pleasure to work with!
