Very communicative, fast repair, professional, and did a great job! Helped with coordinating insurance and car rental as well
Got in a car accident back in June. I decided to take my car here and they were amazing! They handled everything and the car looks brand new! Thank you Aaron and the entire Crash Champions team!
I took my car in for an estimate and was told the necessary parts had been ordered. After following up several times, I was repeatedly told they were still waiting for an ETA on the parts. Weeks later, I spoke with a different associate who informed me that nothing had actually been done and no parts had ever been ordered. Based on my experience, I found this company to be completely unreliable and would not recommend doing business with them.
Dishonesty and constant excuses on extending a fairly simple job. Was told 2 weeks, it's going on one month and it's still being prepped for a paint job. No definite date of completion. AVOID this shop!
I came in for an estimate while waiting on insurance to process my claim and get me in the schedule. Chad was able to get my car in quickly to reseat my bumper so I could drive around for the next week or so. Much appreciated!!
