I had a great experience for the repair that happened initially. The part has to come and was expected to come after 2 months. It's been 3 months and upon multiple follow ups. I still don't have any response. Appreciate if they can take the same responsibility like they did before they got the claim finished.
A battle ground between who said what and who’s responsible for the delay of repairs to my vehicle which prompted me to have to take matters into my to my own hands after 3 weeks of my car just sitting being ignored. I had some minor repairs completed by the Little Elm location - facilitated by insurance - and had a wonderful experience. Clear expectations were set and met, and the communication was perfect. The partnership with Enterprise was very helpful. They brought a truck to me, so my interruption was mitigated as much as one could ask for. My truck looks brand new, and the experience was easy and friendly. They even vacuumed it out, so it was better inside and out when I got it than when I dropped it off.
