Crash Champions in Little Elm went above and beyond beyond what they needed to. The repair was done a week early, they painted a scratch on my tail gate (I did not ask them to do), they washed and cleaned the inside. The service was amazing! The communication from Ashley was outstanding as well. She kept me up to date with text and calls. She pushed to have it done sooner rather than later. If something happens again, I’m definitely taking my vehicle back to this location. Ask for Ashley, she’ll be on top of it.
I brought my Audi here after I got into an accident and the team was great to work with! They do great, thorough work and are upfront and honest people who do their best to help you out. I highly recommend this location.

I took my car in for an estimate and was told the necessary parts had been ordered. After following up several times, I was repeatedly told they were still waiting for an ETA on the parts. Weeks later, I spoke with a different associate who informed me that nothing had actually been done and no parts had ever been ordered. Based on my experience, I found this company to be completely unreliable and would not recommend doing business with them.
