A battle ground between who said what and who’s responsible for the delay of repairs to my vehicle which prompted me to have to take matters into my to my own hands after 3 weeks of my car just sitting being ignored. I had some minor repairs completed by the Little Elm location - facilitated by insurance - and had a wonderful experience. Clear expectations were set and met, and the communication was perfect. The partnership with Enterprise was very helpful. They brought a truck to me, so my interruption was mitigated as much as one could ask for. My truck looks brand new, and the experience was easy and friendly. They even vacuumed it out, so it was better inside and out when I got it than when I dropped it off. Got sent here by my insurance after an accident. It took them almost 7 weeks to fix my car and once I got it back, the paint looked like an orange peel, my skid plate was hanging on one side, bumper wasn't put back on properly and my fender liner is falling off. Im also still missing one of the badges for the vehicle and its been 2-3 weeks of having it back.
