I will say that this place has been the only saving grace of my insurance claim. They have been helpful in contacting me when the car was awaiting to be brought to their facility. They have been even more helpful when I was waiting to get the car released. I would also like to shout out the woman at the front who has done everything in her power to help me. I had a very positive experience. I would highly recommend Crash Champions. Shawn was an excellent service advisor. He kept me up to date every step of the way on my repairs. I had an estimate of 2 weeks for the repairs, they were completed in one week. The repairs were high quality and appreciated. Thank you
