Employee ordered parts and keep us abreast of progress, even had rental car pick us up. Work was impeccable
What an awful experience. First, they make you sign a contract for repairs before providing an estimate. How can I decide the best way to proceed with repairs without seeing the estimate. They made an excuse saying this practice is to speed up the process and get a rental vehicle. Second, they missed an obvious dent on the bumper. I drop off my vehicle today for inspection and repair, Anne the receptionist is great. She is quite helpful and very good at explaining everything and helping me switch my rental car reservation.
It’s been almost a year since I gotten my car repaired. I gave champion 5 stars but now I’m noticing loose parts and scratches on the roof because they didn’t put a tarp on the roof of the car. My bumper on one side is bent and it’s making a sound. And this is a brand new car. I hate leaving comments but you guys have to do better.
