The work that was required was well done. But they lost a clip holding up my fuse box lid and left muddy shoe prints on the driver's side floor mats. Seems like small issues but they weren't willing to do anything to remedy the problems.
🟥 Crash Champions #0239 – 1 Star DO NOT TRUST THIS SHOP. On July 18, 2025, Crash Champions tore apart my car without my approval, ignored my OEM-only parts request, and charged me $500 under protest. When I arranged an AAA tow, they refused to release the vehicle and its parts despite written authorization. I was injured and they caused major delays and stress. I would not recommend this place to anyone, just getting the run around. This experience, from the beginning, has been a disaster. Excuse after excuse
The repair was done promptly and with great care. It looks great!
The lady answering the phone has zero customer service skills, no empathy at all and would not work with me to start the process of getting my car repaired. It seems like she hates her job. To everyone reading this review, you are better off taking your vehicle somewhere else.
