The work that was required was well done. But they lost a clip holding up my fuse box lid and left muddy shoe prints on the driver's side floor mats. Seems like small issues but they weren't willing to do anything to remedy the problems.
🟥 Crash Champions #0239 – 1 Star DO NOT TRUST THIS SHOP. On July 18, 2025, Crash Champions tore apart my car without my approval, ignored my OEM-only parts request, and charged me $500 under protest. When I arranged an AAA tow, they refused to release the vehicle and its parts despite written authorization. I was injured and they caused major delays and stress.
