Had a great experience. All employees I met were very professional & polite. They kept me informed everyday thru Text messages the process of the repair. Body repair men did a great job including have car repair several days ahead of schedule.

It’s hard to describe the sinking feeling you get when you see the unavoidable impact coming followed by the sickening crunch of metal. A young teenager, clearly distracted and not paying attention, failed to stop and slammed right into the side of my Toyota Tundra. Crash Champions repaired my Car recently and it was such a flawless experience. They had the lease car there when I arrived. It took less than two weeks. They were in contact with me the entire time. Also flawless were the repairs!!! Ian was wonderful. I had an existing area on the front of my car that was caused by hitting the tread off an 18-wheeler. He also fixed that at no cost to me.
