Excellent staff that helped me through the whole process and get me in and out within 10 minutes. Great place to take your car if you've gotten a wreck I need damage repair
The people here are wonderful. They have a level of customer service that is hard to come by nowadays. They were super communicative and kept us updated the entire process. The repairs were just as outstanding as their service. My car looks brand new!
I would not recommend getting your car repaired at this location. Before the insurance company approved and paid for the repair, everything seemed fine. However, after picking up my car, I started having multiple issues. The headlights they installed were third-party products, and I had ongoing problems after the replacement. I had to return around 8 times to fix the same issue, and each visit required me to arrange another rental car because they did not provide a loaner vehicle during the repairs. I understand why they are highly rated. Everyone is kind from the time you walk in umtil the time you leave. Shelby was my main point of contact for my repair and she let me know as soon as my car went into and finished each step. My car was ready 8 days before they estimated. I was able to give them the key for my rental car and go home due to enterprise working directly with them. Bring in car gets checked by nice people but, we had our rear view mirror gone from the passenger side they fixed it but after we got the vehicle back it was installed worked good but our driver side isn’t working it’s lose doesn’t move at all with the buttons and if you move it by hand it’s really easy to move back and forth but it’ll move due to the air or maybe from the closing of the door. edit(not only that they also over screwed a part in the battery that they did an infinity screw nut you’ll keep on unscrewing for for... read more
