Bad experience. Avoid. Took way to long to fix. Many issues with quality. Had to bring back twice, without luxury of a rental car. They replaced a quality Goodyear tire with cheap noname tire that was not rated for the vehicle. Wish I had never chosen Crash Champions for this repair. Poor workmanship is what they are good at.

I guess don’t ever tell these guys you’re paying cash because they never contacted me with my quote for my son‘s car. Complete waste of my time. Found another repair shop down the street who gladly took my money and fixed my son‘s car
Given that customer service has really gone down the drain these days, this place prove to me that it all isn't lost in the world. My main thing when dealing with me is communication. This place communicated every step of the way. They had my car sooner than expected. I originally wanted to sent my car to the humble location since I am closer to that one, but I could never get things coordinated with the rental place and the humble location.
