They were very helpful with the claim process.
I was shocked that I was able to get my car fixed so quickly and was informed on every step of the way.
The management here is extremely poor. I strongly advise against taking your car there. It will be incredibly frustrating when they are unable to provide the service on time.
My truck was towed to crash champions on Oct. 4th. On Tuesday Oct. 8th I hadn’t heard from anyone so I stopped by. No one was there but manager Keith called me a couple hours later and said he needed the assignment. I reached out to my insurance and was able to get the assignment for them on Oct 9th.
