I posted my review because I am currently experiencing service that falls below acceptable standards at this location. My vehicle sustained damage after debris fell from a truck on the highway, striking the front end, traveling underneath the vehicle, and tearing a portion of the rear fender. When I initially brought my car in, I clearly explained all of the damage. The front-end repairs were completed beautifully; however, the rear fender damage was not addressed. Crash Champions is an excellent place to go for all car repair needs. I’ve had an excellent experience with Crash Champions and my service representative Terry Jones is very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and always made himself available to talk to me whenever I called. I had my sunroof broken by a flying rock on the highway, and it shattered everywhere and scratched my BMW. The shop did an awful job on my car, when I went back to them for warranty they told me they need to get with my insurance, they kept sending me back and fourth. it almost 4 months since first I came back and it is not done yet, somebody order a wrong part to my car the tech installed it anyway, the inspector let go without saying anything. and now the manager is playing hide and seek with me. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AFTER THIS.
Wonderful experience. Every person who walked by me made sure to stop and ask if I had been helped. Grindr desk young lady was super sweet. Mr Terry had the best communication. All around great visit and my car looks brand new!
