Just had my vehicle repaired at Crash Champions. Everything is good as new. Even with major parts delays due to GM, the shop kept me informed every step of the way. Shout out to Curtis! And thanks to the whole crew!

Insurance wouldn’t pay for the repair of my car, which is obviously not this shop’s fault at all. However, my trunk was fully functional when I gave it to this shop to repair, and they are returning it unable to close. When I called them out on it, one representative apologized at least and the next made excuses claiming it never closed. I’m getting my car back in worse shape than I gave it. They never disassembled it, either. And they will not fix it. Thanks for trashing my car 👍 wish I never took it there.
