Terrible experience and professionalism.also lacking qualified technicians.took my 2025 tucson there after a bad rear end collision (through insurance not choice).1st time they fixed the rear end damage and returned the car with a nasty scratch they caused in the rear quarter panel.also did not check underneath because the sway bar or whatever was busted and the car bounced all over the road.took it back amd they replaced the panel and sent my car to some hole in the wall mechanic to fix sway bar instead of the dealership wh... read more
Car crashers di a fabulous job in an expedited time frame
Went in for some scratches that I already got an estimate from Gerber collision for $1,600. Crash Champions estimator said it wasn't all the way through the clear coat buff it for me for free and it looks perfect. Highly recommend them for an honest appraisal. I will definitely use them for further repairs on my vehicles.
Stopped in for a quick consultation today Friday, 5/23 @ 12:10p afternoon, absolutely no one was present at the desk to greet anyone. After standing there a few moments and having to yell out hello - a male voice finally said I'll be with you. That never happened. After standing another 5 minutes, trying to be patient. Eventually I walked right on out. Definitely poor customer service!
