Very disappointed in this place! Someone hit me from behind! Geico sent me here and they put a stock part on my car that doesn’t fit so my car looks like it has the original damage! I took it back they told me I needed to call Geico and tell them they approved the wrong part! That seems backwards they should be doing that! The installer shouldn’t have put it on when he noticed it didn’t fit! Terrible service 0/10 lady up front had a terrible attitude with me the hole time she was even late. drop off my truck for a few hours, they even broke my custom bullet antena off and try to glue it back on with hot glue like are yall serious, take responsibility for what yall mess up this is unacceptable
100/10 would recommend. Aaron did so good, my car came out looking brand new. My mats even got cleaned, thank you so much! My car was ready within 3 weeks and I was kept updated throughout the whole process. Plus they have lifetime warranty so if anything they worked on is not up to par, you can bring it back to them.
My car was fixed from an accident I had side door damage to my driver side, when I picked up my car and after getting home a few days went by and I realized they broke the handle on the inside of my door and there is no seal on my door, I can hear the wind as I drive down the road. My husband has contacted them they told him to have me bring my car in I called they had no idea what I was talking about, and now they told my husband he could bring my car in and get it fixed. Do not use this place. I have been waiting to write this review to see if they'd keep to their word...they have not. I took my brand new truck in for some minor work from a car accident. The other parties insurance was covering the bill otherwise I would have been even more upset with this place. The damage that was done should have taken maybe a week to fix but this place took over a month.
