I had my car repaired at this place after an accident, crash champions was preferred by my insurance company. Service was good as well as communication. Unfortunately the parts that were used do not stay in place. The front bumper frequently pops out in the corners, I have to constantly put it back in place. The headlights do not line up flush with the bumper so there's a noticeable gap. This happened within the first couple of weeks after it was returned to me
Amazing and reliable work. They take your time on your car, and communicate with you throughout the entire process. The team is very well versed, and has wonderful customer service.
Horrible experience had my car hit from the side and from previous experience I used this body shop to correct it years ago I was impressed now not at all. It took over 1 month to fix something minor I drove there over 6x with them saying it’s ready to go when indeed it wasn’t ready to go many issue the taillight wasn’t aligned with the trunk lid light. Accident repair that was done correctly, and within a week of promised date, even though some parts and pieces had to be ordered twice due to supply chain issues. I was very pleased with staff and especially Mary at their East Dallas local.
Mary and Moses are so helpfull🥰. My favorite location. Mary has the best customer service.
