I gave a 3 star only because I needed to pick my vehicle up before any repairs and the inside, driver side was left with black dirt on door, headrest and inside sides by a mechanic getting in and out. My vehicle was cleaned inside before dropping off and it was not the same after picking up vehicle. After front bumper was placed back on before repairs it was very visible and some damage to front bumper was noticeable from the damage that was already there. Decided overall to go somewhere else. I have unfortunately been to a few different auto shops over the years due to other drivers, and this has been by far my worst experience. My car was there for 11 days and not once did I receive a call from them. They submitted an estimate to my insurance but never called me to update what needed to be repaired, I just happened to notice it on my claim. I call almost daily and was given different information each time. The step they were in changed each time and so did the completion date. Is it best practice not to call.
I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at Crash Collision. I chose this location to repair the damages to my vehicle, as my insurance company was willing to cover the costs and even suggested sending the claim to their supplemental department for review. When I spoke with Luico, my agent, I provided him with all the necessary information regarding the damages. He assured me that he would ensure everything was addressed.
