Poor quality, lazy work. They over charged my insurance for work that clearly wasn’t done. There was no reason to paint my grill but instead of taking the time to remove it they just painted over it. Looks like rough spray paint. The bumper probably just got bondo over the defects instead of being replaced because the body clips are still broken from the accident. Now after 2 weeks being without my truck I have to take off work to go address the problem.
I have to say, Amelia, the service advisor, and Stephanie, who answered the phone at the front desk, were absolutely amazing to deal with. I’m extremely happy with both the service they provided for my car and the customer service I received. It’s hard to find great people working in businesses like this who genuinely seem to enjoy what they do and care about the customers they’re helping.
