Came to Charlotte for work. I had been in a wreck in Florida and my car was fixed at a different crash champions right before I got here. Once I arrived I started having issues. The battery was not replaced after the wreck and it had serious damage. Took it in and found out it was damaged bad enough it was an actually serious safety issue. Crash Champions are just that, CHAMPIONS!!! They clearly run a top notch service and repair center. The repair on my vehicle was nothing major but enough to bother me every time I had to look at my car. From the moment I dropped it off to the time that I picked it up, I knew me and my baby were in good hands. Find a better place!!! They don’t take pride in their work and we should’ve went to Hendrick Collision Center instead! I will make sure if anyone needs repairs to go elsewhere!!!
My experience here was very little wait, they had everything waiting on me ready to go, and they worked with our insurance company so we only had to make one call to them. The staff is friendly, attentive and accommodating. Great experience!!!
