We just got our Dodge Charger Daytona back after a few weeks of repairs and it was in great condition. The team made the whole process such an easy part of the whole situation of being in two car accidents not even 24hours apart. They kept us up to date with text messages and gladly answered any of our 100 questions we had! We have to go back due to a part being on back order but our babys back in our hands. I wouldn't trust anyone else. 5/5 stars.
I took the car in for an estimate, and props to the professionalism and kindness from the staff and Jason despite knowing I am going to a different shop that I know and trust already. He said he'll knock out the estimate within 24 hours.

I want to call out a Great consumer experience with the Crash Champions of Cuyahoga Falls . We have a few young drivers in the house and they are learning and that means some " bumps & bruises " to our vehicles .The folks at Crash understood our challenges they answered all our questions and put it in down to earth terms.
