Would give 0 stars if I could. Was told to go here after a Thursday accident by Allstate. Had appointment for 10am on Saturday. The lady about 30s gave impression she didn’t want to be there at work and didn’t introduce herself. Took pictures of the car said 5-7 days and that’s it. Must not have finished inputting it into system because Allstate had contacted us saying I missed the appointment. Which I didn’t, poor customer service, women didn’t do her job.
