I received my vehicle 2-3 weeks later than originally promised. Upon receipt, I noted over a dozen items which were unacceptable, including obvious dents and finish defects (runs, dust, etc.) unpainted underbody struts, missing screws, the differential vent tube dragging on the ground, no seals on the window washer reservoir (causing washer fluid to spill out on my foot when a refill was attempted), etc. Additionally, less obvious damage I had pointed out at check-in was ignored and still non-functional after initial repair.... read more
Had the front of my car repaired after an accident, and a few days after having it fixed my fog lights fell out scratching my bumper and the light and I noticed clips and bolts missing under the bumper. So I took it to my friend who owed me a favor. Sure they could fix it for free, but they had their chance to do it right the 1st time. Hack Shop

They were rude from the beginning. Poor work and would not correct mistakes.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP. Took my 2009 Mini in for repair. They wanted to install used or none genuine parts on this new car, considering they estimated 6 hours for the repair, after the car was with them for a week, they told me it would take 6 more days. Don?t know why parts had to be ordered from Cleveland when they were available @ the dealer within ten miles from them. Can count on them These guys are really good! They have worked on our cars three times and done an excellent job every time - the car looks like new when they are done with it.
